So far so good

My doctor recommended I take DL-Phenylalanine because my dopamine is pretty low. Dopamine is important for motivation and sense of satisfaction—neither one I have issues with. Maybe my low dopamine relates to feeling overwhelmed at times. I don’t think I have been taking it long enough to really know its effects, but overall my mood has been pretty stable. I like that this has a good dosage. I dislike capsules though, so I may look for tablets next time.
