I’m not sure what benefits I should be experiencing from taking the vitamins. Can you explain what I should be experiencing in terms of enhanced health? Thank w.

Thanks so much for your kind review and being a customer!! In answer to your question, there are several reasons a person might take nutritional supplements:
1) it is extremely difficult to obtain the daily nutrients needed from our diets (most food is grown on nutrient depleted soil).
2) many people find that they need more nutrition to help their bodies handle the toxic load that is obtained from the air food and water as your body requires more nutrients to handle these burdens.
3) some people have genetic snps that causes their bodies to require more nutrients than an average person.
4) their doctor has determined through blood work or other means that they are deficient in a nutrient.
5) a person may be taking a medication that depletes their nutrition or decreases absorption of nutrients through the GI tract.
6) a person may feel a difference, maybe some more energy, feeling of well being but others may not 'feel' a difference but there can be changes in blood work parameters showing they are taking a supplement, or there maybe no changes at all given the individual's circumstance.
