Hummus + Vegetable Wraps
Ingredients
- ½ cup hummus
- Cucumber slices
- Carrot slices
- Other vegetable slices
- Kale or collard green leaves
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 Tbsp seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, or hemp seeds)
- ½ cup sprouts
Directions
- To assemble the wrap, lay the kale or collard green flat on the countertop. Spread hemp seed hummus all over the base of the wrap.

- Once finished layering all the vegetables on the wrap, fold in the outer sides of the wrap and roll to enclose all the items within the wrap, and enjoy!
