It's Veterans Day 2020 and we felt it would be best to celebrate our Veterans with a military inspired workout! Every now and then it's best to really push. You will be pleasantly surprised to find that your body will push on, as long as your mind tells it to keep going.
Grab your phone, find our timer, and get ready! Whatever you do, keep pushing to the end. If you have any questions on how to do an exercise properly, click the name of the exercise where we have linked a video with proper form.
Be sure to do these exercises for four (4) rounds!

Burpees | 10 reps |
